Nongs Khao Man Gai began as a staple food cart in Downtown Portland. Nong moved from Thailand in 2003 and started her own food cart, selling only Khao Man Gai, chicken and rice, because that was affordable for her at the time. She is now known all over the food world for her delicious Khao Man Gai!
